Shikun & Binui Real Estate Company, which has adopted the principles of sustainability and social responsibility, places great importance on promoting accessibility to improve the quality of life of people with disabilities living in Israel. The Company's handling of accessibility includes the review of physical aspects of accessibility of the sales offices, improving the accessibility of services and information provided by the Company, as well as improving accessibility of its website, pursuant to the provisions of the Equal Rights of People with Disabilities Law, 1998, and its regulations.

Shikun & Binui Real Estate Company website is accessible, and comply with the requirements of the Regulations of Equal Rights of People with Disabilities (Adaptations for Service Accessibility), 2013.

Website Operation and Accessibility Aids

  1.  To activate the profile / abilities of users who need a screen reader:
    1.  Before starting the software:
      • When entering a page and at the top of the page are instructions for using the software.
    2.  After starting the software:
      •  Shortcuts will be added to the page on the top of the page.
      •  The software will alert you when starting at each page shown. Please wait for the page to be fully uploaded.
      • There are two menus at the top of the page: a page map and site map, so that you can navigate directly to the desired areas / pages.
      • It is possible to use keyboard shortcuts – see the Keyboard Shortcuts section.
  2. After activating the profile / abilities of users who require keyboard navigation or keyboard simulation aids:
    • Shortcuts will be added to the page on the top of the page. Please press the Tab key to find them.
    •  There are two menus at the top of the page: a page map and site map, so that you can navigate directly to the desired areas / pages.
    •  Continue to use the Tab key to move to the next area / item; press Tab + Shift simultaneously to return to the previous area / item and press Enter to activate the item or enter the area; press the arrow keys to select from an area with multiple choices, and press the Space bar to make your selection.
    •  The software will alert you when starting at each page shown. Please wait for the page to be fully uploaded.
    •  It is possible to use keyboard shortcuts – see the Keyboard Shortcuts section
  3.  To activate the profile / abilities of users who require color adjustment:
    •  Monochromatic color changes: the website’s colors will change after the page has been fully uploaded. Please note that this may also help users who use Microsoft Desktop’s color inversion.
    •  Changing sharply contrasting colors: color sharpness will change in accordance with regulations for single value identification of items.
  4.  After activating the profile / abilities of users who require assistance: 
    •  For more information on an item, hover over it with your cursor.
