The environmental buildings have received a design approval from the Standards Institution of Israel according to standard 5281 for environmental construction, and a final approval will be received once construction has been completed. Starting with the planning stage, an emphasis was given to resident's health and efficient consumption of resources (energy, water, soil). The building encourages economical living, and contributes to the environment. The very choice of living in an environmental project saves money for residents, and ensures a better future for their children.

The project's design team includes different consultants who have worked for over a year on the design of the buildings according to Israeli Standard 5281 for Environmental Buildings. The planning stage included careful study of local climateconditions that were met with unique solutions. The right planning, and the use of environmental-friendly materials and recycled materials, will help residents enjoy significantly decreased energy consumption.
